Has anyone experienced Disney not honoring a PIN they sent to you? Today I rec'd and email with an offer for the dates that I am planning on traveling. I was so excited. I called this morning and was told by a CM that my PIN does not cover my dates of travel, however it clearly states the dates this PIN offer is good for and they are my travel dates. I asked if I could emial or fax them what I rec'd and was told no. I then asked for a supervisor, she explained that they sometimes send these out a couple times a year if they don't get the results they wanted the first time around they will send again. She assured me that what I rec'd was legit and she would transfer me back to a CM and explain to the CM so that we could get this resolved. However, the 2nd CM still refused to honor the code. Unfortunately, I was at lunch and my time ran out so I could not speak to another supervisor. I will try them when I get home from work this evening, but in the mean time I wanted to see if anyone else had this experience and how did it get resolved.
