Hi!

I'm new here so please excuse me if this has been discussed before. We are invited to a wedding at Epcot Center. Do we need to buy tickets to enter the park/attend the wedding?

Thanks in advance.

Cynthia

Be sure and contact the bride and/or groom to be sure, but probably not - usually guests are picked up from their hotels and arrive backstage for weddings.

No, you don't need tickets. The bride and groom are required to provide transportation to the ceremony that will pick up their guests at specified WDW resorts and transport them to the ceremony (and subsequent events) through backstage Epcot. If you are not staying at one of the specified resorts, you will need to travel there in time for the pickup. You should contact the bride and groom to find out when and where the bus will pick you up, but hopefully they would reach out to their guests with that information. Hope you have a great time! :goodvibes

Thank you!!! Yes, the bride and groom provided info. on pick-up times at different Disney resorts. We're staying offsite, though. At first, we're thinking of going to Epcot (place of wedding) by ourselves. But, that might mean we have to have tickets to enter. So, instead, we might just catch a ride to the wedding. We'll just go back to Epcot on a different day.

Thanks, again!

Cynthia
