Hey all. I have been trying to price out hotel/parkpasses for the fall for a week now and it keeps telling me they can not add the trip to my cart. Has anyone else had this problem this week? Im getting frustrated!

I was having the same problem so eventually I called. No waiting on hold ((called the number on MDE which isn't the regular numbers. Plus, the total she came up with was less than what I was expecting (by about $20).

I'm a huge fan of doing things online rather than via phone (or God forbid in person) but this is one instance in which I'd recommend calling.

The website has been like this for a few months. You'd think a multi billion dollar company would be able to have a decent website.
It's frustrating as I am now a Disney regular, and I can't really have full access of the website without it going glitchy.

Yes I occasionally have this problem too. I don't know why.

I will also say I too have had the problem, sometimes clearing your browser should help.

Seems to be a problem for a lot of people.

You can try logging out of your account, going through the whole process and then when you go to pay/check out it'll ask you to log in and that should work.
