Disney website problems: GRRRRRRR!!!!

I have been trying to get into the Disney website for several days to update my reservation with flight info for ME so I get my luggage tags. Every time, I get as far as the "My Itineraries" page showing my upcoming trip, but whenever I click on the link to get into the trip details, it hangs for ages and eventually gives up and I get an "Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage" error message. The same thing happens if I click on the "messages" link for the itinerary.

At first, I thought it was because I was trying in the mid-evening, when a lot of people might be trying to get into their own reservations, but I'm having the same problem during the day. I know I could call and ask a CM to update my info, but I'd prefer to do it online, and now it's become a 'thing' since it is annoying me and so I'm determined to do it online.

Is anyone else having the same problem?

Yes, I had a problem last evening trying to access and make a payment, I wasn't sure my payment went through because it was sitting there for so long, finally it did.
