Disney Website Issues?

Is anyone else locked out of their MDE account on Disneyworld.com? Every time I attempt to log in, it tells me my e-mail address and password don't match, but I can sign onto the MDE app on my phone.

ETA: Now I can't sign into the app on my phone either.

I just checked and I was able to log in successfully. Probably just a glitch- keep trying! Good luck!

Well- I was able to log in....but now I seem to be stuck loading my reservation details. Definitely something going on.

I had a similar issue on Friday. I had to call them to get it fixed. I have had nothing but trouble with MDE since I started planning our trip. It has been a huge pain!!!

They're checking it out. Okay, she said the sytem couldn't figure out which account I was attempting to log into...I only have one account on MDE, and then a Disney Movie Rewards account. But I'm logged in now and all of my reservations are still there, so it's all good, I guess. LOL

That was the SAME thing they told me Friday. I only have one account as well. For me it has been one problem after another when using their site. Disney has sent me two different surveys about their website. I happily filled them out so I could share my frustration with them.
