Disney website is driving me nuts!!

It won't accept my reservation number or phone number; it won't let me order maps because it doesn't recognize my zip code.

This is "new and improved"?????????
 
Keep trying your ressie and telephone number...it took me 3 tries yesterday when I make my payments.

I emailed the site and they told me it was up and running again. :confused3 but still took me 3 times!

i just tried too, wouldn't take mine either. I called CRO (wanted to make sure everything with my res was okay since I couldn't see it) and they're very busy and know the site is down.
 

I tried all night last night and it first accepted the first part of my split stay, but not the second and then neither! Then today I called to add my aunt to my stay and their computers were down - they are supposed to call me back to tell me it is confirmed - the only call I have had so far is to get her zip code again - which I gave her three 3 times! during the first call.... Now nothing.
 
I might understand if the website was busy....

but what's the deal with some zipcodes working and others not on the customized maps???

think I'll go scrub my kitchen floor...that's what I do when I'm super frustrated!!!!

Well...they finally recognized my zipcode---maps are ordered!! But as for my reservations and phone number---Nada! If I can't get through tomorrow I better call and see if I still have a room!!!!!!
 
I also tried ordering the customized maps today, and I wonder if we overloaded the site. :rolleyes1

I saw it on the boards as you all did and went to check it out. I tried my parents address and it still said the zip code was wrong.
I am going to try again shortly.
 
Well I have to agree their web site is the pits. Information is never updated. Hours are never right. Shows that are suppose to be listed don't show up. Who ever designed this site should be fired.
 
It took me a few attempts yesterday to order the maps. I'm sure the maps are being sent to Timbuktu!
 
My sister is frustrated with it too. When they put the site back up, it erased her favorites list. She tried to make a new one and it wont let her add anything to her favorites. I tried emailing them and got nothing. Thankfully we still have 50 days to our trip so its not exactly crunch time just yet.
 
I got on today and ordered my maps. My favorites were wiped out too.

It only took me 20 minutes for each park. You just click and add. You can print the maps anytime, but the maps are pretty small.
 
Well, I've been trying and trying to order the maps. The site recognizes my zip code but it won't let me put in my state....my only options are "undefined, undefined'. I live in a state of confusion fairly often but I've never even visited the state of "undefined." :crazy:
 
I spent many hours working on our itinerary in My Vacation. Sure wish I'd at least printed out what I had so far. All of my favorites are gone, and I'm not able to save any new information. And here I was so excited to be able to use this online tool!

We'll be leaving too soon to take advantage of any "customized maps".

There's a link at the bottom of the My Vacation page where you can take a survey to let them know what you think of the site. Believe me, I did just that.
 
I emailed them about the problem with the my favorites. I got an email back (2 days later) that they are not having any problems with it. They said its my computer and that I needed to delete my cookies, catche, and make sure I was viewing it on high width band. THEN try to log in again and my favorites should be there. Funny, I went to try and sign back in and the site was down AGAIN. Ugh!
 
I just went on yesterday, and the site was " busy" many times. i finally made it in, and all my selections were still there. i was even able to order my maps with no zip code problem, so keep trying!
I only hope with all the interest they are getting, my maps are done in time for my trip!!!!!
 
its down again this am. i called any they told me it was my pc. then i told them i was getting the same thing on 8 different pc's(i have 3 at home and a few at work) but its now saying the system it down. go figure :confused3
 
Well, even though the site is up and running again for me, it still won't save my favorites.

For those of you trying to plan your days in My Vacation, I found a work-around. If you can't add favorites from the "favorites" tab; add them as individual events in the "events" tab. (It has a pull-down list for all of the attractions, restaurants, etc.) This method is very slow, but it works. And the saved info won't disappear from your day planner.
