Weekdays mostly, early mornings, some say start back to front and go to the furthest point of the waterpark first and then work your way back. To be honest though we've never had an issue with the waterparks being overly full on a weekday, but we do tend to go in the morning and be gone by 1/2pm when a lot of people start arriving.
We are planning on going to water parks on a Sunday and a Friday which doesn't now seem like great planning but it is where they fitted in best around our theme park plans!
We do plan to arrive before opening and I was just wondering if there was any advice anywhere on which order is best to do things for shortest queues? I have found an article on Kenny the Pirate saying to do Gangplank falls first at TL but haven't found anything similar for BB. My older two girls will probably want to give everything a go.
Sorry to hijack OP but it seemed silly to start another post with the same title.
www.touringplans.com have plans for both water parks. They work great. Not sure if you have to be a subscriber to the site to see them or not though. It's worth a look because some areas of the site can be seen without paying the subscription.
When we go in August we found best time was last two or three hours of the day, especially if it has rained in the afternoon. We rode all rides multiple times, no queues. So we would usually start off with waves and lazy river, then leave rides till they end. Waterparks are our favourite. Love Aquatica too.

Thanks for that, we have mornings planned in to our schedule but it is great to know that the end of the day is good too in case we fancy a change from the hotel pool.
