Not sure if this is the same thing you are talking about... but I printed the character warehouse info. says "outlet" stores sells discounted/discontinued disney merchandise... one is Premier Outlet Mall from parks on I4 take exit 68 straight into mall area, road is Vineland and no turns... the other is character warehouse and character premier at Belz factory outlet mall 407.345.5285 says take I4 to exit 75a goes east to first traffic light which is International Dr. turn left (north) and go to the end. I found it at allearsnet... hope this is what you were looking for

I think you are talking about MouseSurplus. They are the ones that sell alot of stuff on Ebay, such as old ride vehicles and such.
