Huh. After managing to order something from Disney's website they sent me a survery about my experience. I make good use of the comments box and just got an email back from the Presidential Support Team (whatever that is) They would like to talk to me about it and requested my phone number and a good time for them to call. The Disney website is one of my pet peeves about Disney. I need to sit down and start making a list, if anyone wants to give me any of their thoughts I'd be happy to relay them as well.
 
Is this from the disneystore.com then?
Not the WDW web site. Most of my complaints are about the WDW website. Not too much trouble at the store.

I think it's great that they are reading the surveys and following up for more information. :thumbsup2
 
They seem to be really interested in feedback for disneyshopping.com

I got a survey after ordering a D&B purse. I scored them low on packaging the product because the actual box was barely staying together by time I got it. I got 3-4 emails from that Presidential Support Team, wanting to talk to me. I never contacted them, though.
 
I complained in one of those Disneystore.com surveys, and also got a call (twice!) from someone who wanted to discuss what I was dissatisfied about. (I ordered a leather pictureframe that had "Adventures by Disney" embossed on it. It arrived as a plain frame with no embossing. I contacted them, they sent me a second one, same problem!) The guy apologized, told me to keep the frames, and gave me a no-expiration credit for the cost that I could use at any time on Disneystore.com (they didn't carry the frames any more). Not too shabby!

I was really disappointed in the declining quality of the personalized stockings they offer at Christmas time. I emailed them, got a response from their "Presidential Team", emailed them back and never heard back again.....

Well, I emailed them back, we will see if they call me.
 
If this is about the Disney site as a whole, just ask them to sit down in front of a computer and see how long it takes them to find their way to the Park Hours for the MK on June 22nd, and if there are EMH (morning? evening?) that day.

Or, ask them to find their way to the dining reservation page.

Or, ask them to find their way to the resort reservation page.

Or, ask them to find their way to the ticket price page.

Seriously, the average person will require multiple mouse clicks to find their way there (no doubt with several wrong turns), and will be forced to watch multiple flash animations, before finally getting the information they were seeking.
