disney wants the old me to visit :( should I update info?

Hubby and I have been hoping to book a trip for our 5 year anniv. this fall and hoping for a discount otherwise the beach is less expensive, and no luck so far only a pin for free park hopper / water parks. We wont do water parks free or not so.. that was not much of a trigger to get us to book!

Anyhow, hes pushing the beach idea and i'm looking at trip advisor etc and just happen on a whim to check my old email, my maiden name email which I used when we went to disney for our honeymoon 5 years ago. And behold ... (aside from 17,700 emails!!) SEVERAL emails from disney destinations and fantastic pin codes they have been sending to my former self. All expired, of course.

My question is.. given that they have been coming pretty regularly to that email, if I should keep checking that one and hope it has better luck then my current email / new address / new name etc. Except, I know for pins you have to book by address and I do not live at that address anymore.. would they honor it becuase its my old address just outdated? Or should I just update that account to my current address/ current email and hope that the discounts keep flowing my way becuase they wouldnt let me book it anyway even though its *me* ?

if i dont get something soon i'm going to end up laying on a beach for a week oh no

Can you go into the Disney site and update the associated account that you have with that email address to have your new name and address just in case.

I received the same pin for fall that you are talking about. I called to inquire about it as I am really hoping for a free dining pin and that one I received was sort of confusing as to what it was really for. I told the CM that we never do Park Hoppers as it is just me and DD9. They told me to hold off until after 3/10 as they would expect me to receive a different pin after that date. As long as I book before the 180 day mark I don't mind waiting a bit.

Perhaps we might both get lucky and get another pin after 3/10
