Does anyone have suggestions of upbeat Disney related music which would be good for the morning "constitution". I am referring to "constitutional walking", not the other meaning. ;)

I "mall" walk and could really use a bit of music motivation to move a bit faster and walk a bit longer.

I love mallwalking, usually I do it and talk to somebody else, but when I do it by myself I use my iPod thing. I usually choose stuff like Katy Perry, Avril Lavigne, and Lady Gaga (something about Bad Romance gets me going).

I have some "Classic Disney" CD's (mostly stuff from Disney movie soundtracks) that must have some energetic music for walking.

Reading the backs...let's see - how about:

Be Our Guest (Beauty & the Beast)
One Jump Ahead (Alladin)
Mickey Mouse Club March
Heigh-Ho (Snow White)
Substitutiary Locomotion (Bedknobs & broomsticks)
Seize the Day (Newbies)

Heigh Ho, I love that one. :yay:

I just can't wait to be King - Lion King
Patch of Heaven - Home on the Range
Son of Man - Tarzan
Zero to Hero - Hercules
Zip a dee doo dah
Under the Sea - Little Mermaid
Dig a little Deeper - Princess and the frog

I recently found some music on YouTube that was big band covers of Disney classics.
I have Bunny Berigan and his Orchestra performing Heigh Ho (It was the one in the Levis commercial)
Then there is the Andrew Sisters and Bing Crosby performing Three Caballeros.
When I See An Elephant Fly- The Stardusters
The Work Song- Shep Fields Orchestra

Then there are the covers
The Jonas Brothers Yo Ho Yo Ho a Pirates Life For Me
Swing Tips Grim Grinning Ghosts (Haunted Mansion Song)
Squirrel Nut Zippers Under The Sea

I think there was a whole album of modern covers but I have yet to find it.

On my iPod that I use for walking I have:

Friend Like Me (Aladdin)
Zip-a-dee-do-dah
Whistle While You Work
You Can Fly, You Can Fly (Peter Pan)
Everybody Wants to be a Cat
Cruella DeVil
Mickey Mouse Club March
Supercalifragilistic
Bibbity-Bobbity-Boo
Following the Leader (Peter Pan)
Yo-Ho, Yo-Ho
Main Street Electrical Parade
Maple Leaf Rag (Main Street Pianist)
It's Fun to Be Free (World of Motion)
Kitchen Kabaret Medley (Land Pavilion)
Alexander's Rag Time Band (Main Street Pianist)
Swisskapolka (Swiss Family Robinson Treehouse)
The Great Outdoors (Bear Country)
There's a Great Big Beautiful Tomorrow (Carousel of Progress)

I have others, but these are the more "peppy" ones.

:cutie:

I have approximately 1 bajillion Disney songs in iTunes, so I usually just create a playlist with all of them in it and then delete the ones that are a little too slow for exercising. :)

Celebrate You by Corbin Bleu is one that I always like to include, since it's super upbeat and reminds me of my last WDW trip in 2009.
