"Payments and credits are allocated to balances with lower Annual Percentage Rates (APRs) (such as promotional APRs) before balances with higher APRs except promotional balances on qualified Disney Vacation Club or Disney vacation package purchases."
I believe what they are saying is that if, for instance, you charge a vacation package at 0% interest, have a balance that is a promotional rate on another amount, and then charge at the regular rate, they will apply your payments to the vacation package balance first...then the lower rate balance, then any charges made at the standard rate.
There have been several people who have posted complaints because they didn't realize that it works this way and were unpleasantly surprised when they found that they were having to pay interest on any charges they made after using the 6 month 0% interest offer.
If there's any doubt, I'd advise calling them before charging any purchases after putting a vacation package on your card. I don't know of a cc company that doesn't apply payments in this same manner.
