Do you only get 6 months no interest when you book a package or will you still get it if it's only hotel reservations? I have an AP and have no need to buy tickets... TIA!

Yeah, interest free for 6 months on package. It MAY be considered a package if you add the dining plan but I don't know if you intend on doing that.
