Anyone have any experience with getting their interest rate lowered? I have heard other people say they called and aked for and got their interest rate lowered. I called today and was told they will not lower it. I use this card all the time and never am late making a payment so I was pretty surprised. If I cancel it do I loose all of my rewards dollars or can I trasfer those to a rewards card and keep them?

My interest rate is pretty high, too. But I pay it off every month so I don't worry about it. If you transfer your points to a rewards card, I'm sure they would be yours. You can ask to verify, but the card looks kind of like a credit card but the numbers are printed/flat. I would transfer all your points and wait to get the card before closing the account, though...
