Disney Visa??

I currently have over $300 rewards earned. I also enrolled in the 5X rewards for purchases over $500.00 thru Dec. I have a trip planned in January. I have two questions:

1. Will they actually apply these rewards before my trip? I use this credit card more like a debit card. I pay EVERYTHING with it!!! Then I pay the balance off every month.

They ususally credit say the month of Oct bonus on my November stmt. However, if you statement cycles early in the month (my daughter's is the 3rd and she had to wait 2 statement cycle to get the bonus portion, the extra 4 times) you may have to wait for 2 statements. I have always gotten the bonus on the subsequent stmt. Also, the bonus is paid on actual (1st - monthent) date, not statement date. YOu will earn the regular 1% as usual. My guess it that you might have the Oct, and maybe November bonus amout posted.

2. What should I use my rewards for? To pay off my trip, To buy Cirque La Noumba tickets, To pay for extras charged to my room, or for shopping at DTD. Decisions, Decisions, Decisions!!

Use them as you wish, there is no problem with using the rewards card. I don't know how you want to spend them only you do.

How do you get this 40% off? I have a Disney Visa (and have for years) and didn't know anything about that.

All you have to do is call and make the reservation using the Disney Visa. There is a 3 letter code listed on Mousesavers.com. Do you have your card registered to get emails from Disney Visa? I got an email in regard to this offer. It might be on the Disney Visa site as well. I'm not able to use it so I really didn't check it out. HOpe this helpls.

You're welcome!! I love keeping track of the bonus!! It's like free money!! One thing, if you are there in Jan when your statement cycles, you could get those dollars added to your rewards card. I have never done this, but I believe you can go to guest relations in MK and do it. I assume you can do it at any guest relations, just call to make sure if you are there and want to do it.
