Disney Visa

It makes a difference to the restaurant because they pay a merchant fee for every CC transaction.

I don't think this is a good idea and could result in some real trouble for you.

You might lose your job, because you are making money off of your position and it is costing the restuarent as AKA-mad4mouse pointed out. Don't risk it.

I recently had to make a large purchase ($1100) for a non-profit I volunteer for. I considered using my Disney card to make the purchase and then get reimbursed. But I am the Treasurer who signs the checks. Even though there would be a receipt showing the amount, I was worried it would look bad writing myself a check.

Believe me, I would have loved the extra $11 dollars for Disney.

I am pretty sure it's illegal to do...I wouldn't risk it

I am a partner in a family owned bar/restaurant. I would be extremely ticked off if an employee did this. Mad4themouse points out that there is a fee..and it is not only a transaction fee but a percentage of the charge is assessed as a fee to the business as well.
