Disney Visa Website "Current Offers" tab

Sometimes I find some really interesting stuff when I look here. For the past few days, I have been getting this message:

Current Offer Categories

Unable to Complete Your Request
We were unable to complete your request at this time. There are no offers available for your account at this time. For more information, please contact Customer Service. Customer Service support is available 7 days a week, 24 hours per day.

Is anyone else getting this message when they click the "current offers" tab? I called Customer Service and two different people told me "there are no current offers, that's why you're getting that message."

Anyone else have this problem?

Yes. I think the problem is that they don't really have much to offer anymore. There is a little bit offered if you click on Disney Visa on the www.disney.com website, but the offers are not what they used to be.

I wrote to Disney until I was blue in the face months ago. My solution - I'm not using the card anymore.

Thanks so much for the reply--at least I know I'm not the only one!!! I was convinced there was something wrong with my account. I'm a little paranoid about identity theft.

Maybe I won't be using it anymore either. Doesn't seem worth it when other cards offer better rewards.
