Disney Visa vs. Upromise

Which reward is better? We don't have a Disney Visa - nor do I know the details (that's why I'm here ), but we would only want to get it if it provides a better benefit than our Upromise mastercard. Which is 1% of all purchases, plus __% from some supporting stores / restaurants / internet shopping, etc.

Anyone have any insight ?

Does your Upromise mastercard rewards go directly to your Upromise acct?

Yes, the 1% goes to our Upromise account set up for our kids college education. Pretty good deal, I think, but wanted to compare it to Disney Visa.

Not sure what is the better deal but I'll share what we do.

Use the Disney Visa, which is registerd with Upromise for many purchases, Amex for the others (more flexibility of points). All cc cards are registered with UPromise.

I think with the UPromise CC you can get up to 5% back. Using the upromise cc instead of disney would put the money into college savings instead of disney dollars, which (as much as I hate to admit it) is a better investment. We consider UPromise to be free money --- about 1000/year for the past 2 years!
