Planning on taking advantage of the 20% discount for the spa treatment on port days and have 2 questions.
1. Does anyone have the list of services that are actually discounted, or is that something that we just need to find on the cruise? On the Visa site is just says "selected" spa treatments.
2. Will be gone most of one port day. Is it still a "port day" if the treatment is done after the ship has left the port - or least past all aboard time?
Thanks!

I second these questions - and add on if "port day" also includes prior to docking (Key West day we dock at 10:15, and I've booked something at 8am.)

FWIW, I just emailed them and asked 1) If there is a list of the included services anywhere so they may be booked in advance and 2) If they mean ONLY while the ship is docked or at any time on a port day. I'll update when I hear back.

I'm wondering if this discount also works for pre-booked treatments???

We pre-booked the Exotic Rasul for our April cruise on a port day. Wondering if it'll be discounted??

My guess would be that this is a policy that will be set by Steiner, the company that Disney contracts with on their ships for the spa and gym. It may very well vary from cruise to cruise depending on who is at the front desk....

What 20% discount?
For Disney Visa Holders who are paying for the cruise / onboard account with Disney Visa. (might be only the Premier Visa - but don't know for sure).

And it is now noted on your KTTW card by a DV in the bottom right part of your card.

I would assume that the 20% off offer will be for only FULL Price treatments - not the discounted ones they offer on port days. The important part here is "I Assume"

Do you have to pay for the entire cruise with your Visa, similar to the old Visa OBC, or do you just need to use your Visa for onboard charges?
And is this now the only Visa perk onboard? Thank you.

Again, I will report back what I hear when I hear.

You no longer have to pay for the full cruise using the Disney Visa. The current offers require using the Disney Visa to back your onboard account.
There are other similar onboard offers for Disney Visa cardholders: https://disneyrewards.com/disney-cruise-line/
  • 10% off select digital photo packages
  • 10% off select merchandise
  • 10% of Castaway Cay Getaway Package
  • 20% of select onboard massages or facial treatments

The small print on the website actually does indicate "Valid for non-discounted massages or facial treatments..."

Well, I got a standard "non answer" back. The only part of my question that he actually kind of answered was "a port day is any day a ship is docked". Sorry guys, I tried!

Turns out it's a moot point for me as my card got compromised this morning and it will probably take up to 10 business days to get a new one to me (darn non-doorman building so I can't get UPS or FedEx deliveries easily - and darn my conscience for not letting me just take a sick day tomorrow (when there is supposed to be a lot of snow and most of our teachers drive and live on Long Island whereas I take the subway and walk) to sit home and wait for an overnighted card). Because it's a check/debit card, I can at least go and get a temporary card to use until that one comes in - but it won't be coded as a Disney one. :( So...spa service cancelled. IF the card comes in, I'll go talk to them in person on board and see what is available.

I will try and investigate this question further because we are going on the Fantasy in May and would like to have a couples massage. Wondering if i can take advantage of the 20% discount. I will call today, maybe i can get a better answer.
