Disney Visa Rewards

Does anybody know how to redeem the rewards dollars from your disney visa card, once you are actually in WDW? We have some reward dollars we have just accumulated within the last week, and we will be in WDW on Monday. We are not sure how to get them from our visa card to a card where we can actually use them. Hope that makes sense! ug:

You need to go to the guest service office at DTD and they will help you. They will give you the new reward card and you can call Chase right from the phone there and transfer the reward dollars to the new card. Then all you have to do is start spending!! Have fun!

You have to call the number on the Visa card and they will send you a debit type card to use.

You have to wait until they appear on your visa statement, then they can be transferred; I think a minimum of 10 at a time. You have to have the reward card already in place (I think) to do it at guest services or by calling the number on the card for transfers. If you have received your statement in the mail or see it has processed online already and you have the rewards card, you can transfer the points now. If you don't already have a rewards card though, I'm afraid you are out of luck for next week.

You do NOT have to already have the reward card to get helped at DTD. Just go there and they can help you on the spot. I know, we did it last year for DD who hadn't gotten her rewards transferred.

And, you do not have to have the account paid in full. As long as you have charged the amount to the card, the points are available after they have been posted to your account.
