Disney Visa Rewards

I just got my Disney Visa statement. We were supposed to get 2% for purchases made afeter 12/1 but we were only credited for 1%. Has anyone else had this issue?

We were never offered double points, unfortunately, so no personal knowlege. But, I've read here a number of times that it can take a few statements for them to show up on the account.

If you still have your offer, check the fine print. I know that when I was given the double rewards offer last spring, the extra 1% wasn't added until a few billing cycles later.

Plan on seeing your bonus rewards 2 billing cycles later. They are also almost impossible to track as they run month to month not billing cycle to billing cycle.
