Disney Visa rewards ?

I have the Disney Visa as does my mom. If she has points which she doesn't wish to use, can I somehow use them to pay on my next cruise? Can one still get the paper Disney Dollars from the Visa points? If so, could I send those in as payment? Anyone come across this?

I cashed in my moms points for a rewards card to use on the cruise, I am goign to put it down at the beginning of the cruise on my shipboard account.

You receive a card that looks like a credit card. I am not sure if you can apply someone elses points to it though. Best thing to do is call the CC company. They can tell you. There is a minimum amount to get your first card though.
