Disney Visa Reward Dollars

How long does it take to receive the rewards certificate after you call? I should have thought of this earlier - we are leaving on December 6.

I believe it took at least a week to receive my card. Hopefully someone else can give info on other options (if there are any). Anyone?

I ordered mine on November 21st and received it November 28th. I was pretty impressed. Obviously, that will not work for you. I read that DTD has a place you can go to and request the card and pick it up there. Sorry so vague, that's all I can remember. Maybe try a "search." Good luck.

I believe it's the guest services desk at DTD that can help. I lost my rewards card while we were visiting last fall. I called Disney Visa to report the card lost and they told me I could get a replacement at DTD. I did end up finding the card later that day, so I never actually went to the desk.

I ordered mine November 27th and I don't have it yet. I'm sure it takes more than a week, mine was mailed (I checked by calling) however, just hasn't gotten here yet. HTH
