Disney Visa promotion question

I really hope they come out with a Sept discount... We're going from 9/17-9-24 and have all our ADR's booked along with tours etc but are still waiting for the elusive discount. All of the historical room/package discounts have been different dates previously... Example: here's last years summer discounts:

6/13/13-8/14/13: 5%-30% off room-only rates for Disney’s Visa cardholders (Given on 3/28/13, exp 6/14/13)

6/13/13-8/14/13 package deal for Disney’s Visa cardholders with 5%-30% off room rates and discounted 4- to 10-day tickets (Given on 3/28/13, exp 6/14/13)

Then for September there was Free Dining and this below:

8/15/13-9/28/13 5%-30% off room-only rates for Disney’s Visa cardholders (also bookable as package) (Came out on 5/6/13, exp 7/31/13)

But this year they've done it thru 8/28 (My Birthday!!!!) and that makes me nervous because Food and Wine starts early and also they released Memory Maker etc etc. I've heard they won't give free dining or discounts in general if a lot of people book... Keep your fingers crossed!!

Sorry-I also meant to add that the historical September discounts come out around the first week of May
