Disney Visa promo

So unless I am crazy I am pretty sure that in January I signed up for a promotion with our Disney Visa card which stated that if you spend so much on your card between Jan-Mar that you would receive an additional $50 in disney reward dollars. I just got received my March statement online and there is no mention of this and no $50 either, just the normal for spending each month. Did anyone else remember hearing about this or am I just losing my mind and imagining that I signed up for this

Not exactly the same promo, but I just got one for my Premier card, if I spend $2000 between April 1 - May 31, they will give an extra 25 reward $. It did say I have to register by May 31 .. there was a phone number and an online link to do so. I'd say call customer service and ask!

Okay that sounds kind of similar to what I thought I signed up for. It was for Jan thru March. We also have the premier card. I think I will call them...thank you!

So I just called them and the good news is that I am not crazy and I did receive this promotion...spend $2000 between Jan and Mar and receive $50 extra reward dollars. The bad news is that they do not show that I signed up for it.....I remember going online and logging in with the code so not sure what happened beyond that. The guy I spoke with sad he would submit a request to see if they can still go ahead even though the promo has expired. I hope I get this because I played by the rules and I don't know where things went wrong but I will be super bummed out if they say sorry for your bad luck
Surely they have some power of authority to just add it to my account right? Hope so...
