Any Canadians able to get these?
I've got Target Visa plus a few other US retailer credit cards but the 2 above look like they would be great. Anyone have any info/experience??

Not sure about the Southwest card, but the Disney Visa is still only available to US residents. :(

I check everytime we go to Disney if we are able to apply for the Disney Visa and everytime I am disappointed. Then I ask myself why do I bother? :confused3

When I called Disneyland to book our holiday tour they tried to transfer me to an agent to upsell me on the Disney Visa. I had to break it to them that if I was allowed to have one then I'd already have one, but Canadians aren't allowed.

I really wish they would allow us to apply for it. I could understand if you were not allowed to apply for any credit cards but you are so I don't see the difference with this one. It's so frustrating! :furious: Maybe one day they will.

Its not really a Disney or SW issue. These cards are issued by US banks, and for the most part, US banks will only issue cards to US residents. Disney would team up with one of the Canadian banks for a similar offer and that appears to be something they don't want to do.

Some US retailors that offer their own branded credit card (not tied to V, or MC) will issue their cards to Canadians.

I wonder who has the final say on it - the retail partner or Visa? I have a Target Visa so Visa must be OK with Canadians having this.
