Disney Visa offer

Well, I've been on the phone for 40+ minutes so far and this seems to be a much bigger hassle then I ever though it would be.

I ended up making a new reservation for sun-thurs night and called to add saturday to that reservation. This seems to be where my issues are. Currently waiting for guest services to hopefully over ride whatever is keeping my phone operator from adding it to my reservation.

Also: does everyone suffer through horrible static while they're on hold with Disney Travel or am I the only lucky one?

Reporting back:

I called to try to combine a Sat-Tue full price reservation with a Sun-Tue discount reservation. They told me that they could not add a Saturday to the reservation made with the Visa Promotion, but they could apply the Visa Promotion rate to the appropriate days of the full price reservation. So I ended up getting the discount on my initial reservation and canceling the second reservation entirely.

I suspect you could skip the extra reservation and just call to ask for the Visa rate to be applied to an existing reservation.

Ugh, I had him cancel my previous reservation before trying to add Saturday to the Visa reservation. I'll see what happens.

Edit: Well, over an hour on the phone and I dont have much to show for it. They couldn't add my Saturday to my reservation without it canceling the whole promo. So now I have 4 nights instead of 5 and I guess I'll be calling back again tomorrow when I have more patience to deal with it.

Holy moly, just took advantage of the Disney Visa offer and saved almost $60 on our one night PPH concierge reservation in November. For those that have the Disney Visa here's the link:

I decided to try again tonight using a different number (because leaving something half finished bothers me so much) and was finally able to get my reservation set right. Allison was super nice and very efficient and I can't thank her enough. I saved about $200 with this promo so it really was worth the time to get it right.

For reference, the first number I called was 714-520-5060 and though he tried to help me something was clearly not right with their system.
715-520-5045 was the second number and she was able to add my extra day while still keeping the discount for the rest of my stay with no issues.
