Disney Visa not required to book?

Hi all-- back in August I was one of those who inadvertently booked Free Dining for September with the Canadians code. Nothing indicated at the time or on my reservation that it was for Canadians only, but I'm just paranoid enough to worry that it would be a problem at check-in, so I just called and switched it over to the new Free Dining offer for Disney Visa cardholders.

I'm a little worried though, because the CM said there was no prompt for my Disney Visa number (I'd originally paid my deposit with a different CC back in August), and I had totally expected that she'd have to switch the new reservation to my Disney Visa. Any other DV cardholders paid their deposit with something other than the Disney Visa? Maybe it doesn't matter in their system because it's available to the general public on Monday? I guess if I didn't have this to worry about, I'd find something else... :cutie:

Update: I had to call back because my view had been changed by accident and my price went up, and while I was on fixing it, I asked the CM if the first CM should have taken my Disney Visa number to pay the deposit. She said it was a requirement that was strongly stressed when the CMs were given the discount information. So that answers that.
