Disney Visa Meet and Greet

Does anyone here know if there is a limit to how many people can come in at the Disney Visa Meet and Greet? We have an extended family trip starting Saturday :cool1: and I am wondering if I can bring the whole crowd in? I know we'd only get one 5x7 pic for free but I'm sure several more would be bought as well. We will have 8 kids and 8 adults. Please let me know what your experience has been.
Thanks in advance!
Sarah

Do you each have a separate account, or do you each have a card for one account? I was just wondering if I could get 2 pics even though we share an account

We have 3 separate accounts, I believe it only 1 picture per account # per day. The meet and greet is located at Innoventions West.

Where in epcot is this located?

It's in Innoventions West

Do they add these pictures to a photo pass account too?

Yes, they put the pictures on a photopass card that you bring to the Photo Center to select your free print. If you're ordering the photopass CD or just want to order more prints, you can add the card to your account.

Do you have to sign up for this somewhere, or just show your Disney Visa there? Anyone have a link to the when and where it is held? We have been Disney Visa card members since the beginning and have never done this. TIA

Just get in line between 1:30 and 4:30.
The CM will check your card and give you a voucher to pick up your free photo after the meet'n'greet.

Here's a link to the Disney Visa website.

Click WDW, then click Character Meet'n'Greet and more info will pop up.

As for the original question of how many people can do this... It does say in the fine print that it's only for up to 6 people. I do not know if the CMs actually limit you to that or not. It also says "one card per visit", but I know that's not the case.

We aslo do this every year and we LOVE it. DH has his own DV so we got two pictures b/c we had two accounts.
The picture quality was great and it makes for some great interaction with the characters.

I have a card and my dh but it is under the same acct. Can we get 2 pictures or 1?
Do they only take one picture or are there many to choose from?
Thanks

we have not had really any problems with lines. Maybe 10 or 15 minute wait, shorter than most rides. it's just hit or miss on the characters. We have cycled through the line a few times in one day, to try to catch mickey.

One picture each day. You get 1 picture per account not card. Hope this helps.

If you have a photo pass the pics are on there so you can get as many copies as you want. We had 4 people and 2 cards. We went twice and just had the same pic printed 4x so we each got a 5x7. We didn't get them printed until after the second day.

who might we be meeting? is it always the same characters?

I have been thinking of changing our Chase card over to the Disney one if I know for a face we are going next spring,, then I can start getting my points AND my 0% for 6 months on paying the trip,, anyone know if you can convert an existing chase account?

do you have to come back another day to pick up the picture or is it done right away?

So if we do the meet on Wednesday, but then have to leave due to an ADR at DHS, can we pick up the Wednesday photo the next day and do the meet again on Thursday afternoon(picking that one up later in the day) ? We just got our Disney Visa this spring and I'm hoping to take full advantage of it when we get to the parks in January. TIA
