I received a few of these not knowing about the deal a little while back. Is there any way to get them to send again? Do you know how they decide who they send this too?

I kept getting applications in the mail and tossing the out. Then I started to think I should get the card for any discounts. All it took was one phone call,believe me,they were very happy to let me apply over the phone! I got my card in 7 days!!!
