Disney Visa...has anyone??

added reward points to their card while at Disney? We are leaving on the 31...the end of my billing cycle. I cashed in my rewards last month and got a card in the mail, but have since racked up many more rewards that won't post until after the 31. We will be at Disneyland on the 3rd. Has anyone called on a Sunday?? Do they magically transfer over the phone line?? Thanks for any help!!! Wendy

When I transferred my reward $$ recently it was all done by telephone without speaking to a single person. I entered my reward card #, the amount I wanted to transfer and then verified the balance. In fact, I think I did everything on a Sunday because I then used the reward $$ to make a payment on our package on Monday. HTH!

I did this on a trip and had no problem. The points were loaded instantly to the rewards card. We used it that evening.

They do magically transfer on the phone.

We picked up our rewards card at DTD and then called to transfer the points. Very quick and easy.

I added money to my card while waiting in line for the register on Black Friday. I planned on only using some of my rewards, but I knew I had more in my account so I called the toll-free number on the back of the card and added more. The funds were available when I got to the register

Now I just put a "small" amount on my card and if I run out, I just call and add more as needed.

Yes, it's magically done in an instant! When we went a few weeks ago, I was literally sitting with my feet in the POR pool while I called and transferred rewards point to a card I already had. I had problems with the automated system, but was connected to a nice rep who did the transfer for me right then and there.

Within 5 minutes, I walked over to the bar, ordered a drink, and paid with my card. It was really fast and easy!

Just to add my experience, I had my billing cyle close mid-trip once, and I added the new rewards by phone at the POP bus stop to MK. Easy peasy.

like the PP we to have done it at Disney quickly and easily. I can never get to the right place via the prompts so I always end up pushing 'zero' to get a live person.

Last time I stepped out of the Main Street Barbershop where DH was getting his hair cut to transfer points. I was done before he was.

i have done this midtrip too since my billing cycle ended as i was leaving. the only thing to keep in mind is that you need to have a min. number of points to transfer (i think 10) so the rep warned me the one time as i was getting close to my billing cycle that i should consider waiting or keeping a few on it to transfer over with the points from that cycle.

I always do this....I bring my rewards card with a euro alance and then the night before check out, I get a total from concierge and transfer what I need to cover the bill...

I prefer not to carry loaded card if I can avoid it, and I always worry about loading too many points...

I have also uploaded my rewards while at Disney. Did it while at Pop Century using a smartphone the day after my statement closed. It was real easy.
