Disney Visa GC ?

For those of you who got the disney visa with a GC promotion, how long did it take for you to receive the GC? I know it states 6-8 weeks after your first purchase so I am curious to know if it took that long. Hoping to get ours before our trip.

Sorry, I have had mine for at least 7 years, don't remember how long it took! But, if you are going soon, you can build up Disney dollars by using it on your trip. I remember that I got mine because there was a great benefit at Disneyland for free stroller rentals.

We did ours last year and it was very quick (3-4 wks absolute tops).

A good friend of mine from church did this to get a $200 gift card after purchase. She thought it would come in before their trip in July...it didnt and was in the mail when they returned. She offered to sell it to us for $150 and I bought it today. A great situation for both of us. She didnt have to pay for the card, and she got $150 for it. Great for us as we got $200 worth of Disney money for $150

Waiting on mine now too and the Visa rep told me approx 2 weeks after my 1st charge. Should be any time now!
