Hi does anyone know if we can upgrade to sit down and park hopper with this offer?
How much more would it be per person? we are 2 adults and 2 kids.

Absolutely!

Afaik dining from qsdp to basic is about 17 for adults (per person per day) and 5 for children. These numbers are from the top of my head. Look in mousesavers.com for details.

Hopper I think is about 58 more per person.

Remember that mods and deluxe already include basic dining plan. Values only include quick.

Disney never turns down your money, you can ALWAYS upgrade. It is $11.00 per day per adult to upgrade from the Quick Service to the Basic DDP and $0.00 for children. The park hopper add on is $57.00 per person for the duration of your stay.
