To the best of my knowledge there isn't. Evertime I ask when I am down there, or when Disney sends me another email asking if I want one, they are quick to tell me that one is coming for Canadians. However I was told late 07, and then early 08 and haven't seen anything yet.....
I placed this info on another Disney Visa question.
Here it is...
I signed up for the Canadian Tire Vacation MC.
Instead of getting Canadian Tire Money on the card, I get points that convert to money which I can put against anything I purchased for a vacation on that card.
So if I have 12000 points that converts to 120 CDN dollars. So if I purchased my flight or Disney tickets using the Vacation MC, I can then call them up and ask them to put the 120 dollars against that purchase.
I called Chase and asked them about being Canadian and applying for the Disney Visa Card - they told me I needed an American mailing address to apply - they didn't say anything about an American bank account. But, even if I did have a US mailing address, how would they confirm my credit rating etc? Geeze I wish they would just come out with the Canadian version... but I like the idea of the CTC card too!

I forgot about the address. Sorry . I think that it is to much of a pain to get the Disney Visa until it comes to Canada..... and the CTC card does sound interesting. Only down side is no Mickey on it.
I have a TD travel visa and you get points for everything you purchase on it (I even use it for groceries). When you go to redeem the points, the way it works is this: you can either book through their travel agent (there are some advantages in that you get more points on the travel purchase) or you can book directly, then call them and they will credit the points against your purchase. I booked directly with Disney through their website, and as soon as I paid Disney, I called Visa and they took the equivalent dollar amount right off my account before I even had to pay my monthly statement. I had about $1,400 worth of points in just over a year.
