Disney Visa DVC interest free offer: 10% max removed?

We have often discussed here the offer from Disney Visa to get a down payment of a DVC purchase interest free, up to 10% or $2500. I saw that the new AP incentive required 15% down, and I wondered if that meant you couldn't get both the interest-free deal and the AP's. But here's what I read on the Disney Visa web site:

"If you use your Disney Rewards Visa Card in making the down payment on the purchase of a Disney Vacation Club Contract, the Daily Periodic Rate for the first 6 billing cycles following the date of the purchase is a promotional fixed APR of 0% provided that no payment on your account is past due at the time of purchase. The rate will apply to that portion of your initial down payment charged to your Disney Rewards Visa Card up to $2,500. After this promotional period, the applicable APR for purchases specified in your Cardmember Agreement will take effect on any Contract balance remaining on your Disney Rewards Visa Card account. ..."

So it sounds like it's no longer limited to 10%?! No matter how small the contract, you can put a down-payment of $2500, and get 6 months interest-free on that!
