Disney VISA dream reward dollars reloadable card

Okay,
So in the mail today I get the letter from Bank One about the reloadable creadit card for our dream rewards. Now before I call Bank One does anyone Know - the lit says that the card has an experation date, yet in the same sentance it says that you can call or go on the web and have more of your rewards added to the card? Does anyone else hear doublespeak in this??? The rewards card looks cute, so I wanted to order one, BUT you have to have at least $20.00 in rewards put on the card. My fear is the card has an experation date, but how can it if I can add more "rewards" to it later?? I know this is really new but does anyone have any experience with this??

My mom and my brother ordered their cards last week, but haven't received them yet--so I have no idea what the expiration date will be. (I'll post when I do know.) That's part of why I held off requesting mine yet. I suspect that it will sort of be like a credit card, in that when it "expires" you can request another one--the only difference being that you will lose whatever unused DDRD have been put onto the Rewards Card that expired. But since you can use the Rewards Card at the Disney Store, you could always take it there and buy something with it before it expires.

I plan to request mine probably by the end of this month. Then I'll add whatever DDRD I earn between then and when we go on our trip in December. I estimate a total of 145 DDRD by then (we have 104 right now). I plan to use ours toward food at WDW. If something happens and we don't take our trip (I'll be about 25 weeks pregnant at the time, so you never know), and it looks like our card will expire before we might be able to take another trip, I'll just use it to buy a park pass at the Disney Store. That's my plan anyway.

Oh, and my mom's statement date is in the middle of our trip, so we should be able to check her new balance online (from DH's laptop) and add her DDRD to her card if she has at least 10 by then. I think that's kind of cool, personally.
