My brother in law just got his Disney Visa, and under his name it says Disney Vacation Club. What does that mean??? He doesn't own DVC. Can anyone help? He doesn't know what it means. He's a young guy and doesn't even know what DVC is, of course I can fill him in on that part.

Thank you...
Lori

LOL! That's funny, some people that wanted DVC on their card didn't get it and some people that don't even know what it is got it. I guess they are having a difficult time handling the load of applications adequately!

Yet another example of just how poorly Bank One is managing the fulfillment end of this so-called "relationship management marketing initiative." Why Disney selected such a B- firm to partner with is beyond me; I've never seen the start up phase of any Disney program as messed up as this one is, specifically:

- Bank one sending out decline letters to people who who had been already been accepted.

- People who applied through the DVC link not getting "DVC' version cards.

- Bank One staff telling DVC members who didn't get those cards that they had to apply all over again to get one.

- Applicants with excellent credit histories being declined (search these boards for a few minutes and you'll find scores of 'em).

- People who had already applied and been declined subsequently getting mail inviting them to apply.

And lest we forget, those of us who HAVE the Disney visa that are still receiving (on a weekly -- no, daily-- basis) yet another flyer announcing the Disney Visa and that I'd better act fast!!!

I have no less than 10 mailings! Ridiculous. Save the trees and give me a stinkin' good discount on something!
