Disney VISA discount packages thru December

We had ALK SV reservations for 11/14-11/18 no visa discount availability, they said all the rooms in that category were all booked, so no discount available.

Bummer..

Sorry I didnt think to ask more info, I had called about the disney visa but it didnt save me anything. I asked if there were any other discouts that might help and she brought up the CSR discount. She said if I didnt want to stay there she wouldnt tell me because it would make me change my mind. She called it an "internet special" . Hope that helps.

I just called and was told that there was no avialibility for the VISA code at WL for 10/25 through 11/1. I asked her if she had any clue about general public codes maybe this week and her response was that is how they usually do it. She said that the only availible Deluxe for my trip would be AKL. I guess there is going to be more wating.

Nothing for me at the WL for Dec 10-17. She said nothing was available there. She had a Poly MK view for around $5536, Contemp for around $4355 and AK pool view for around $3755. This was for 2 adults, 2 15 year olds---room, 8 day park hoppers plus water, and dining.

I did have to change from PO-FQ to Coronado Springs Resort. Please tell me that was not a bad move...

I got my discount! We are saving about $181.00, which might not sound like a lot, but the way I see it, it's extra spending money!!! We are staying at POP for five nights with 4 day park hoppers, DDP, and trip insurance for $1872.40! We already had a ressie at POP and the CM just modified it for me. It seems that the code only works for certain resorts. I inquired about upgrading to WL, but the code wouldn't work there. It would work at CBR and the villas at WL if anyone is interested in those! Good luck and call right away!

Don't know if anyone else has posted amounts, but here's the deal I got - Nov 1st through 6th (five nights), MYW base tickets for 2A, 2C (my third is still 2!) for value resort (only ones left were ASMu and Pop) for $1,128.08. Rack rate on this was $1,410.68, savings of $282.60. The savings for the same deal at a moderate (CBR) $371.30 (rack of $1,779.48, with code $1,408.18). Both resorts had standard rooms only.

My big surprise, though, was that the CM said I had a pin code on my name!! The pin was the exact same discount amount. They had my email address correct, and my home address. I'm pretty diligent about checking both, because I've always wanted to get a pin code! Moral is, go ahead and call to check - you may have one too!!!

I'm more nervous about my next call - I have to convince my husband to go again this year!! It's my 40th BD in November, so I can probably guilt him into it I also have about $300 on my Disney Visa, so that makes the whole vacation cost about $800 - what a deal!

I read about the discount on these boards just about 30 minutes ago. Then I called to revise my ressie at POP. You have to use your Disney Visa to make your room deposit is what my CM told me. We already had a package, so I can't answer the question about room only. Sorry.

Wow - great savings! We stayed at CSR a couple of years ago, and loved it - never been to POFQ, but I'm sure you'll love CSR!

Had a dining package with tickets for 5 days 10/24-10/29 reserved at POP wihout a code $1337.00. Pop not avialble for those dates so upgraded to SSR for $300 more using code ZQM. SSR was the only resort availble with the code. I have been calling trying to upgrade resorts anyway so this code came as a great suprise. THis is a birthday trip for my son and I so SSR will be just fine.

Thanks for the tip! I just got a package for the same price as I was getting just our rooms... so basically I just got two park hoppers for free. I'm pretty happy about that!
