Disney Visa Code won't work at FW

Once again, another code is no good for FW. I swear-- I have never, ever been able to apply a code for a discount. I thought this might be a good shot since it is just an upgrade on tickets, not really a discount. SUCH a bummer! They said they'd let me know which resorts the offer is good for, but I always have to switch in order to get a discount and this time, we're doing FW no matter what. UGH!

The lack of this discount is one that really aggravates me. We could not get it last year. I understand not gettting the free dining as you can have up to 10 on a site that you are paying far less a night for than any other resort. That's fine. (Although offering it for a lesser fee would be nice.)

What I don't get it why we can't get this one. We are paying the same amt per person for our tickets as every other resort guest. Each person on the site has to buy th tix as well. I really think we should get this one.

The only reason I am not too upset is because we normally don't use the park hopper anyway, but it would be nice to try it. Also, in Feb I don't think we would do a water park.

We used it last year (at CSR) and nosed around DQ to see if it was worth the money in the future. It was fun to see something new. I had considered using it this year for a water park so that we could find a (legal) hot tub since FW doesn't have one for us. Bummer! I guess I will be paying the extra $225 so my family can hop.

I got it for Nov. But I made the reservation the end of Sept for the slow week of Nov. I think they only have so many cabins/site's with the discount code available. I also rec'd a military discount 3 years ago in June.

Skyw, generally the cabins are included in specials. It's just the campsites that are excluded.

Since I really wanted this upgrade, I booked 3 nights at Pop Century at the beginning of my trip with the MYW Package with free upgrades for 8 days and the last 4 nights at FW. It actually cost me less than park hoppers and a campsite for 7 nights.
My DS9 has been asking to stay at one of the WDW hotels again so this makes him extremely happy. (and I don't have to keep the motorhome clean for 3 days )
I can't wait , only 92 days to go!!

I would do that too, if it weren't for the dining part of the package. I'd have to buy 1 day tix in order to get the DP and it would be more than if I just upgraded the tix myslef.

We got a code from MouseSavers that required you get a package, so we got about $300 savings off of 5 nights in the cabins with the dining plan. we are staying mid Dec. I did not know about the ticket code, that might have been nice, as we are not hopping this trip.
