Disney Visa Character Photo Location Moved?

I was looking at some pictures of the Food and Wine Festival events online today and it looks like they have moved the Jr. Chef event into the area where the Disney Visa Character Photos were located. Can anyone confirm this? If so, does anyone know where the new photo location is now? Thanks!

I can't wait to get to the parks. The Food and Wine Festival looks incredible this year!
