Has anybody done the visa meet and greets and if so what characters did you see? is it worth the time? thanks.

DHS’s meet has Kylo Ren, Epcot’s has 2 or 3 of Mickie/Minnie/Goofy/Pluto in any combination. Waits are usually short.

How to photos work for these meets? Is there a PhotoPass person who scans your band? Are the pics free? No need for Memory Maker?

Bands are scanned like at any other, pictures are added to your account without watermarks.

Definitely worth it. Lines are usually very short! Only one family is allowed in at a time. You don't feel like the next family is glaring at you trying to get you to finish up quickly! We've done one photo shoot at EpCOT with noone behind us and we had Minnie, Pluto and Goofy; we took family pics, pics with just the kids, pics with each character separately, etc...... We've had a great experience every time we've done it.

At DHS, if Kylo Rhen is meeting guests, there is a separate line to meet him during particular hours if you have the credit card. Saves time, but not like the one at Epcot which is a special character grouping.

The characters rotate so you don't know who will be there.
We forgot to do this last month! It's actually quite nice. No insane lines. It's very relaxed and easygoing.

We met Ren with a 5 minute wait at Hollywood and the wait for Mickey and Goofy at Epcot was even shorter. And they spent a lot of time with us at Epcot.
