Strange question here.....I have had my login page bookmarked forever and it was always the same page with my username there. Today I went to the bookmarked page and a totally new page came up with a new place to log in and the page is not secure! There is no locked padlock on the bottom indicating it is secure and it is now http: and not https:. Does anyone else show a change?

yeah I had the same thing come up - I had received an email from them a few days ago letting me know that there was going to be a change. I called them on the phone and asked them about the new screen - they went over it with me....it was all good

I'm glad to know someone didn't hack in, but is it secure on your computer? I'm leary of putting anything into spaces without the lock on the screen.

Yes I thought it was weard as well but it does go lock after log-on. I also just went to Chases web-sight not the one that popped up after first try. They are both the same now.

Is anyone else having problems accessing Disney rewards from the new website? My husband has no problem with his account, but when I log into my account I get an error message when I click on my rewards.

I haven't been ale to use their site for months! I can log in fine but as soon as I try to view statement details or rewards I get an error message or the page won't display. The same thing happened for a few months last year then all of a sudden one day I was able to log in and see everything just fine. It's so frustrating because we use our card quite a bit and it's nice to be able to see those transactions w/o waiting on the statement. Grrr!

I was able to get on and I could get to the rewards section. I am still pretty creeped out that the login page isn't secure.

Go into your internet options and make sure to add this website to your "allow list". This might help. I had to do that with a couple of sites.

Boy oh boy that site is totally different now.

And it bothered me also. In the past week I have received two different e-mails tell me to log in and update my information.

I forwarded them on the Abuse and they responded back they were NOT e-mails from them and they would forward them to the Fraud Department.

So just remember NEVER log in from any e-mail that is sent to you. Always go the site on your own.

Btwn the webpage changes, the boost in our credit limit, and our 20% interest..... ...we are searching for a new credit card! ....I miss bankone. Chase isnt impressing me.

I just called and asked why the page isn't showing https and showing the lock. I was told that some information on that page is not secure, but if you look in the box where you put your login information in, there is a lock showing you that that information is being transmitted securely.

Now, the only thing that confused me is my bookmarked page was carememberservices and when I log in, it tells me I have to log in through Chase. Has anyone else had to do this and change their bookmark?

I had to change my login, was never notified about it. I use this page, which has the lock on the bottom and is a https page. I also like it better than the old one. disney card

With all the mergers I think they're still having problems. I had a Providian Visa that eventually morphed into a Chase Mastercard. My husband has a former Bank One Mastercard that is now Chase, and I have a Disney Visa, formerly Bank One, now Chase. I can log in to both my husband's MC and the Disney Visa through the same site, but the other card I need to get to through a different site- both chase.com but different sub-domains.

And the weirdest thing is I have the same username and password for both my cards- I have to log in to the right subdomain to pull up the right card :confused3 .
