I am sorry but I do not understand your problem??? You said you thought you got $1 reward dollar for every $100. But instead you spent $15,000 and got $150 in reward dollars. Isn't that the same???? If you divide $15,000 by $100, you get $150??

Here is the breakdown from reward dollars from last year.

As you can see I redeemed 8 points for the $10 reward dollars for a total of 80.00. I would have have to spent 8000 to get the 80 and I sure hadn't spent $8000. What it means by reward dollars deducted from balance-80 I have no idea. I just know I redeemed 8 points and had 80 dollars. Hope this makes sense. I'm going to be very disappointed I have a feeling. Maybe this is why they have gone to the card.

Depending on where you shopped, and what specials were going on, you may not have to spend $8000. ie the triple points they had for tds last month. But now, it is one point per dollar...otherwise I would be using that card all the time!

8 items at 10 Reward Dollars per Item equals 80 Reward Dollars, which is what was deducted from your balance. You must have had 80 Reward Dollars available. Reward Dollar redemption has always been on a 1 to 1 basis, meaning for every 1 Reward Dollar you've earned, that's 1 Reward Dollar you have available to spend - to get a $10 certificate, you had to have 10 Reward Dollars in your account balance. To get 8 $10 certificates, you had to have 80 Reward Dollars in your account balance. It's the same now, they're just on a reusable card, instead of in certificate form.

All I have to say is that I had 10 points in September and I clicked on the $10 reward dollars for Walt Disney World and got $80 to spend. Now I have 120 points and I can't go the the bankone site and click on $10 reward dollars for WDW and redeem the 120 points to get 1200. I guess someone realized I guess what was happening. I guess I was spoiled. As soon as I pay the balance on the kids go for free package next month I'll probably cancel the card.

Sorry to ramble on about the subject. I'll stop now.
