The, I guess you would call it "standard", card has no annual fee. The Premier card is the one with the fee, though it offers %2 return on some purchases and a couple other perks. My wife and I just upgraded to the premier card after having the standard card since its introduction. We're not fond of paying an annual fee but we believe that for us, it will be worth it. We use our cards for about everything and a majority of our spending tends to be the areas in the %2 return categories. We're careful to charge those things we'd be paying for anyway and have been able to pay it monthly. Doing this we have been able to eat for free when we go to WDW or at least greatly reduce our dining bill, with the points. The promotions defer the annual fee for at least a couple years and we figure if we don't pay for the fee with the points we make we can always drop back to the "standard" card.
