How would I go about finding out when card holders can book in advance? Email? Just wondering because I got one so I don't miss my room this year for free dining whenever the heck it comes out lol

I usually see free dining announcements here before I hear anything from my D VISA. Check the website under offers - or something like that.

They generally email cardholders once the events are officially announced, that being said this year free dining seems more and more unlikely IMHO

So if there's no FD, which I hope is not true, how will Disney fill rooms in Sept during hurricane season and when school is back in session?

Usually Chase sends an email to all card holders. If not, you can go to the Disney Chase website and view all offers. It will be posted there.

They will offer FD. It was available as a bounce back offer last year when we were there based on our dates. If the BB was out of the FD dates, out was a discount offer. It is not always offered to Chase Disney members in advance. I think (can't remember exactly) that last year the FD for fall was announced in May.
