Disney Visa Card - Lion King

I got a brochure in the mail announcing that Disney Visacardholders can get advance tickets for Lion King in Pittsburgh before the public sale begins on Sept 12. You go through ticket.com and put in the password they give you. It will be in Pittsburgh Jan 9 - Feb 15. I really wanted to go to a Saturday Matinee so I started checking the Saturdays. Most dates had seats in the back section of the floor seats (season package subscribers get first crack). I checked January 24th and they had 5th row seats (grand circle)! Wow I thought! So I bought 2 seats and called my mom all excited. She says to me "I think that date is around your brother's wedding". Look at the calendar. Yikes! It's his wedding day! He is getting married for the second time and it is just a small wedding, so the date was not in my head. I called the theater phone # and asked if they could be cancelled. No exchanges or refunds. With shipping & handling the 2 seats were $159! I was telling a coworker what happened and she said she wanted them! Great! So I go back on trying to find another date with good seats. No Saturday or Sunday matinees but I did find 6th row for Jan 11 6:30pm (Sunday), which is my birthday! So it all worked out! Can't wait! Plus I earned alot of Disney Rewards, another coworker had me buy tickets for her to give to her son & daughter-in-law for Christmas!

I hope you're able to get seats for another performance. I saw it here in Atlanta, and it was EXCELLENT!
