Disney Visa Card - DVC

Does your Disney Visa card have DVC member on it anywhere? I seem to recall a few years ago when I had one it said it. I got my new one today and it does not. Just wondering if there is any reason to have it on there or if they don't do that anymore.

Mine has Disney Vacation Club under my name. I never got anything for it though.

That is what I remember on my old one too. I signed up for this one through the DVC site so maybe they just don't put it on there anymore.

you can call Disney Visa and request that Disney Vacation Club Member be put on.
We requested it two years ago.

A couple of times I have received a DVC discount on property when I used my Disney Visa with "DVC Member" on it. I can't keep track of the various discounts and CMs have given me the DVC discount without me even knowing it was available.

Me too. She had no clue what I was talking about. I kept trying to explain to her that we are DVC members and have DVC member cards, and would like to have DVC member put on the Visa card. She kept talking about the card they give you when you request your Disney dollars. I finally gave up. I would think that coming from the actual DVC website, they would automatically it on there.

Mine said "Charter Member", but points weren't that good, so I stopped using it.

I just called to request it on mine. The representative seemed to know what I was talking about, so we'll see what comes in the mail.

I called last week after hearing someone at WDW talk about having DVC Member printed on their Visa. They had no idea what I was talking about and said it couldn't be done. Maybe I should call back and try another rep.

We ordered one last year through the link on the Member website and that is the one that came with DVC printed on it.

We already had one but since they were offering a $100 GC we applied with my DH as the lead and got it.

My card says Charter Cardmember or something - Day 1. I just called because of the flyer/card we received in the mail to change designs. I called since I wanted one with Finding Nemo.

I asked if I could have DVC member on it - he wanted my DVC number that's on the card. He went on to tell me that I could not have the Finding Nemo design. He was trying to see if he could see the actual picture on card - and he told me it would have the DVC emblem on it.

Let's see what I get in the mail when it comes. Was anyone else asked for their DVC Member number that is on our card?

I just hate that the Disney Visa Card is not competitive once the Intro Rate is finished.
