What restaurants give the 10% discount if you use your Disney Visa card? Are there also other benefits when using the card?

Nope. Not Kona, or any dining at the Poly.

Not everything on that allears page is correct. If you go to the Disney visa site and check you can see where you can get a discount also if you have the card or just recently got it like me you will recieve a book that tells you where else you get a discount. Another good place to use the discount is Boma and cape may cafe.

They are typically pretty good at putting out accurate info, And Kona was on it last year.

^^Right! Some restaurants seem like standards (like Olivia's at OKW) and some come and go. I know Jiko was available for the 10% discount, and still might be. Regardless, you have to ask for the discount at the restaurants, as they don't offer it to you. Also, you can get the discount by using your Disney Visa card, or Disney Visa Rewards Dollars - both are eligible.

Sorry to jump on this thread, but I now have a question. I attach my Disney Visa card to my magic band, then use my band for all purchases. To get the discounts, should I pay with the card instead?

yeah, i'm pretty sure you have to use the card at the restaurant. i wouldn't think there is any way for them to tell through the link from your magic band that it was a disney visa.

Card needs to be used at the location for the discount. There is no telling what card is linked to the band when it is scanned.
