Disney Visa AoA suites summer discount

I just received an email regarding discounts on AoA suites for Disney Visa cardholders for travel from July 18-August 11. The dates I checked in July showed the Finding Nemo suites at $278 per night plus tax and the other suites at $260 per night plus tax. Little Mermaid rooms are excluded.

Well, I just clicked the link in the email I got and it says the offer isn't available. I can't imagine they are booked up for every date - maybe it is an error? It worked yesterday when I checked prices. There is a phone number in the email - 407-939-7865 with offer code A4Q4L. That doesn't appear to be a user-specific code - it seems like a code anyone would use.
