Disney Visa and $20 Dream Dollars

Hi,

I recently applied for the disney visa under the promotion (from the website) that I would recieve 20 reward dollars.

Well I have my disney visa but no reward dollars came with my card or info.

Any suggestions on how I can find out if I am getting them or not?

With our reward dollars, we found that they didn't actually show up till we had used our card. After you use your card, your reward dollars should show on your account.

I will keep checking my account on line then, I did use my account to make my car resvervations, so hopefully in a couple of days it will show up.

How do you check your account online. I tried to go to the site on the brochure and it tells me no such website.

The Reward Dollars will not show online until the statement period closes. A few days after that, but probably a day or so before you receive the bill, the rewards will appear on the website.

How do you check your account online.

I go to www.BankOne.com/Disney - If you haven't already done so, you'll have to set up a user name & password before you access your account. It's real easy to do .

You'll need to make a payment for a purchase on your card before they'll give you your rewards.

Usually a car reservation doesn't show up until you actually rent the car and use it.
